About the Role:
As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for network systems, ensuring seamless operations and availability for customers. You will manage software updates, performance monitoring, and network configuration changes, while also leading fault resolution processes and working on major projects to enhance network performance and capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement software upgrades and manage network configuration changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity of network systems.
- Proactively address performance issues and manage fault resolution within SLA timelines.
- Lead maintenance activities, including system audits and backups.
- Provide technical leadership and support for new technology deployments and improvement projects.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in network support roles with hands-on experience leading technical projects.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies and industry protocols (e.g., VoIP, IMS, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud-based network solutions and NFV architectures.
- Proven track record in managing fault resolution and coordinating with technical teams and suppliers.
