Job Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer (Generative AI)

Job Brief:
We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Generative AI and Natural Language Processing. In this role, you will focus on developing AI solutions that convert text or images into high-quality images, videos, or 3D models. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including 3D artists and mobile developers, to create cutting-edge applications optimized for mobile platforms (Android/iOS).
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement machine learning models, including deep neural networks, for generating high-quality images, videos, or 3D assets from text or image inputs.
- Optimize models for performance, ensuring quality, speed, and scalability.
- Develop data pipelines for pre-processing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Work alongside 3D and rendering teams to improve data pipelines, system integration, and 3D model representations.
- Research and apply industry-standard approaches, such as GANs, VAEs, NeRF, transformers, and diffusion models.
- Create and optimize custom Data Loaders and tokenization methods.
- Ensure low-latency, real-time performance in mobile applications by optimizing models for mobile devices.
- Continuously improve existing algorithms and systems and contribute to best practices in the industry.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in machine learning, with a focus on Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
- Proven experience in training and deploying deep learning models in production environments.
- Expertise in ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.
- Experience with exporting models to mobile platforms (e.g., TensorFlow Lite).
- Strong knowledge of deep neural networks, VAEs, GANs, NeRF, and transformers.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling tools and geometric deep learning (e.g., Blender, PyTorch3D).
- Experience with large-scale model training, distributed computing, and cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).
- Familiarity with video generation techniques, motion transfer models, and advanced rendering techniques.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Generative AI models (GAN, VAE, Diffusion, NeRF).
- Strong understanding of Transformer Models (BERT, GPT, CLIP, T5).
- Experience with 3D mesh generation, voxel modeling, and texture mapping.
- Expertise in tokenization techniques and dataLoader processes.
- Familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, and TensorFlow Lite.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML architectures, workflows, and pipelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
