Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for building client relationships and closing deals? We're looking for a driven Sales Agent to join a fast-growing team in the telecommunications sector.
This is an exciting opportunity to represent high-impact products, engage with clients across Tanzania, and play a direct role in expanding market presence.
What You’ll Do
- Drive New Business: Proactively identify and convert new B2B sales opportunities in your territory.
- Engage Clients: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with tailored product solutions.
- Promote Solutions: Lead in-person product presentations, demos, and local marketing efforts to boost brand visibility.
- Understand the Market: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and customer needs to sharpen your sales edge.
- Close the Deal: Use your negotiation skills to close high-value deals and exceed sales targets.
- Report & Collaborate: Track and share your progress weekly/monthly, and align closely with the Business Development Manager on strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in sales, business, marketing, or a related field
- Solid understanding of finance basics (e.g. costing, quoting, invoicing, and payment follow-up)
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Strong B2B sales experience – ideally 5+ years, with a background in telecommunications or similar sectors
- Skilled in pipeline management and sales reporting
- Confident presenter and negotiator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team settings
- Strong interpersonal skills – written and verbal
- Ability to adapt quickly to market shifts and client needs
- Existing industry network a plus
