Sales Manager / Regional Director

Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and market development for the company's 4G/5G communication modules, SOC smart modules, and industry-specific customized solutions within the Europe region.
- Manage the client relationships, lead business negotiations and quotations, and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Prepare sales contracts and manage customer order tracking through the sales cycle.
- Gather market and product intelligence to support new product definition and development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher. Fluent English speaking. Established local client base and resource channels in Europe. Strong customer communication skills, high business acumen, and excellent teamwork spirit.
- 3-5+ years of sales experience, preferably familiar with the wireless communication module market. Experience in automotive, AI, new retail, security surveillance, or IT integration industries is highly advantageous.
- For the Regional Director role, prior experience in sales team management is preferred.
