We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth, manage key client relationships, and expand market presence in the UAE's WiFi and Networking sector. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, sales strategy, and strong customer engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for WiFi, Networking, and HSIA solutions.
 - Forecast sales revenue based on market size and trends
 - Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions from the company's solution stack
 - Leverage technical knowledge of WiFi, Networking, and HSIA to support sales initiatives
 
Customer & Market Engagement:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of WiFi and networking products for competitive analysis
 - Manage and grow an active customer base within the UAE, particularly Abu Dhabi
 - Collaborate closely with marketing to convert leads into revenue
 - Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships across the territory
 
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in WiFi & Networking sales within the UAE
 - Proven sales record with at least AED 5M in networking product sales
 - Experience in identifying, developing, and managing own client portfolio
 - Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills
 - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster teamwork and networks
 - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Communications
 - Valid UAE driver's license and own transportation
