Sales Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to lead sales initiatives in the finance payment industry. This is a high-impact role, responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic client relationships, and leading sales efforts across local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.
 - Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to exceed targets and foster a collaborative culture.
 - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, key accounts, and emerging market segments.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, payment processors, merchants, and regulatory stakeholders.
 - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies.
 - Provide regular reports, forecasts, and insights on sales performance and market feedback to senior management.
 
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
 - 3–5+ years of experience in sales within the finance payment or Fintech industry AND dealing with international clients.
 - Strong knowledge of payment processing, digital banking, mobile payments, and emerging industry trends.
 - Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and drive revenue growth.
 - Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 - Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
 - Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools for pipeline management and performance tracking.
