Summary
The Regional Marketing Manager for Indonesia is responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies that accelerate growth, enhance client acquisition, and improve the end-to-end customer journey within the region. The role demands strong commercial acumen, deep digital marketing expertise, and an excellent understanding of the Indonesian market landscape. Working closely with cross-functional global and regional teams—including Product, Sales, Partnerships, Compliance, and Design—you will ensure that local marketing initiatives are aligned with broader brand and business objectives. Success in this position requires a data-driven mindset, the ability to interpret insights to optimize onboarding funnels, and the capability to champion Indonesia-specific needs within the wider organization. Collaboration with both local and international stakeholders is essential, as is the ability to craft and deliver high-impact, results-oriented marketing programs. This role combines strategic ownership, operational execution, and regional advocacy to support sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute targeted regional marketing strategies aligned with global brand and product goals.
- Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Ensure marketing initiatives directly support commercial objectives such as lead generation, conversion, and revenue.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Partnerships, Compliance, and other internal teams on go-to-market execution.
- Optimize the client onboarding funnel using data and user insights to remove friction and improve conversion.Act as an internal advocate for the Indonesia region, sharing market insights and campaign performance.
Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience in regional or digital marketing focused on the Indonesian market.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing across acquisition, CRM, and funnel optimization.
- Demonstrated commercial mindset with measurable marketing impact.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Analytical decision-making, using data to guide strategy and performance improvements.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
