Due to our ongoing growth, we are seeking a recruitment consultant to join our thriving data centre desk to cover the Asia region. Our data centre desk is really hot at the moment and we are experiencing major growth in this area. We work with top global data centre operators, consultancies and critical infrastructure vendors across APAC and can leverage our 11 global offices and 20 years history to win more such business in Asia alongside leveraging client relationships from our other global offices.
We are currently looking for a target-driven, resilient and collaborative recruitment consultant who has passion for sales and recruitment, to actively seek new business by prospecting existing customers and new customers. Meet and exceed agreed performance objectives & KPI’s, maximize sales by continually expanding opportunities. This role will require the successful candidate to have a confident and persuasive telephone manner.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience of recruitment (don't mind what sector)
- Experience of recruiting for different roles
- Proven success at hitting regular sales targets
- Proven success with business development
- Hunter mentality
