Role Scope

The Project Manager is accountable for the full lifecycle of small to mid-sized projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. This role ensures solutions are implemented on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with deadlines and budgets.
  • Apply recognized project management methodologies and organizational standards.
  • Facilitate project kick-off sessions and present customer journey plans.
  • Develop comprehensive project documentation including charters and master plans.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Oversee scope, risk mitigation, and resource coordination across multiple projects.
  • Strengthen client relationships through successful project delivery.
  • Generate and submit progress reports in collaboration with project team members.
  • Resolve team conflicts and manage dependencies and critical paths.
  • Monitor milestones and ensure deliverables are properly archived.
  • Handle scope changes and issue formal change requests when needed.
  • Coordinate with billing and cost control teams for project invoicing.
  • Notify relevant teams of testing schedules and environment handovers.
  • Identify procurement needs and liaise with purchasing teams.
  • Track vendor deliveries and confirm acceptance or rejection.
  • Initiate termination notices and ensure proper project closure.
  • Provide regular updates to direct management on progress and achievements.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Demonstrated experience in IT project management.
  • Solid understanding or hands-on experience with cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office suite and project management tools.
  • Certification in PMP or PRINCE II is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.


Preferred Certifications:

Candidates should have completed at least one entry-level certification in project management or a related field, such as:

  • PMP or PRINCE II
