FPG is seeking a Project Manager for an telecoms company in the wholesale industry. You will lead technical projects, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires technical expertise in Linux OS, basic SQL functions, and log analysis, along with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project scoping, pricing, and specifications for projects, primarily in the Americas region.
- Manage project planning, tracking, escalation, risk management, and governance.
- Act as the technical interface and expert to build and deliver complex customer solutions.
- Drive high levels of customer satisfaction to meet project budgets.
- Coordinate onboarding of customers and act as the main point of contact for the delivery organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, Sales, and Professional Services, to finalize solutions, pricing, and implementation schedules.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in Telecoms
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science – preferred.
- Strong client-facing experience (remote and onsite).
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) – a must.
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or Portuguese – an advantage.
- Technical knowledge of GSM, CAMEL, ISUP, Sigtran, SIP, SS7, Diameter Protocols, or 5G SA – a strong advantage.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders under pressure.
