We are recruiting for a Telecom Project Coordinator to join our client project, a leading telecom organisation. This will be a 3 month extendable contract, attending office located in Berkshire, with some remote work possible.

The role is focused on supporting the Networks RAN Workstream Lead in achieving key objective including network implementation, Spectrum Refarming, Site Design, and Single Core migrations.

The role involves overseeing and managing RAID logs, action logs, design documentation, and processes governed by the Design Standards & Solutions team. Additionally, the role will involve supporting, chairing, and governing various stakeholder meetings, ensuring that actions and minutes are accurately recorded and followed up.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact for the OSS/Tools workstream.
  • Maintain and manage the online RAID log for the RAN workstream, including leading regular RAID reviews.
  • Represent the RAN workstream in Delivery and PMI meetings as required.
  • Prepare and present weekly RAN workstream reports for the PMI Board.
  • Lead interactions related to the OSS/Tools workstream, including:
  • Attending OSS/Tools meetings.
  • Supporting OSS/Tools design activities.
  • Managing dependencies for MOCN readiness.
  • Assisting with OSS stack strategic convergence efforts.
  • Collaborate with other key workstreams (Core & Services, Transport, Operations, Lab, Security, Procurement) as needed.
  • Support activities required for initiating MOCN testing.


Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate complex tasks involving subject matter experts.
  • Both strategic and tactical awareness.
  • Commercial acumen to identify cost efficiencies and reduce OPEX/CAPEX spending.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and driving teamwork across different functions.
  • A self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and drive improvements or solutions.
  • Understanding of mobile RAN systems (desirable but not essential).


Required Qualifications:

  • A university honours degree (second class or higher) or equivalent industry experience.
