We’re Hiring: Network Solution Manager

Our client — a global leader in carrier network solutions — is seeking a Network Solution Sales Manager to lead optical market development and drive business growth across the region.
Your Mission:
- Conduct market insight and analysis across MECA to identify opportunities and shared customer needs.
 - Deliver tailored technical and commercial proposals for carriers, presenting complete business and network solutions.
 - Lead domain-specific projects (Optical Access, WDM, FTTx, etc.), plan yearly strategies, and drive project execution to success.
 - Capture and share key learnings and milestone achievements to strengthen the organization’s knowledge base.
 
What You’ll Bring:
- 8+ years’ experience in fixed network domains, especially optical access and WDM.
 - Strong expertise in technologies such as GPON, FTTR, 10G/50G PON, DWDM/OTN, OXC, ASON, and home network solutions.
 - Proven ability to conduct optical market insights, analyze gaps, and shape go-to-market strategies.
 - Hands-on experience in fixed network project operations and familiarity with fiber industry regulations and policies.
 
Skills & Traits:
- Excellent communication skills to engage with both CTO (technical) and CBO/CCO (business) levels of telecom operators.
 - Collaborative, driven, and able to work across multicultural teams.
 - Fluent in English; Arabic fluency is a strong plus.
 - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
