Investment Manager – Debt Financing | Europe | Digital Infrastructure
A leading pan-European developer of sustainable digital infrastructure is seeking an experienced Investment Manager to lead the debt financing strategy for large-scale data centre projects across the region.
You’ll be responsible for structuring, negotiating, and closing debt facilities (senior loans, mezzanine, bridge) in partnership with commercial banks, ECAs, DFIs, and institutional lenders. This role is critical to the business as it approaches financial close on several flagship builds.
Key Focus Areas:
- End-to-end project financing for data centres and infrastructure assets
- Structuring complex debt instruments with European lenders
- Partnering with legal, technical, and tax teams on due diligence and documentation
- Supporting post-close debt compliance and capital planning
You’ll bring:
- 8–10 years’ experience in infrastructure or real estate project finance
- Proven success raising debt for large-scale European projects
- Strong network of banking/investment contacts across Europe
- Fluency in English (French or German a plus)
- Familiarity with green or sustainability-linked financing is advantageous
