- Own the full commercial agenda, from defining strategy and pipeline creation to closing high-value deals and nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Lead a key strategic account, ensuring executive alignment, contract performance, and growth opportunities.
- Build and scale a high-performing sales team, embedding a culture of accountability, excellence, and customer focus.
- Influence market expansion, partnering across product, operations, finance, and legal to deliver seamless solutions to customers.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Market Leadership & Growth: Own go-to-market strategy, prioritize target segments, and deliver multi-year growth plans.
- Own Revenue & Sales Execution: Manage pipelines, forecast accurately, and close complex deals with strategic customers.
- Key Account Management: Strengthen relationships with a top-tier strategic account, driving retention, upsell, and long-term value.
- Lead Teams & Capability Building: Recruit, coach, and inspire a top-performing commercial organization.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate internally to shape product offerings, commercial terms, and delivery excellence.

Who You Are
- 8–12+ years in B2B software, telecom, fiber, or infrastructure sales in South Africa
- Existing network within the local telecom/fiber ecosystem
- Proven track record of closing complex deals and delivering significant revenue
- Strategic thinker with strong executive presence and leadership experience
- Commercially astute with experience in pricing, contract negotiation, and margin management
Desirable: Experience with FTTH, wholesale/dark fiber, backhaul, Tier 1 accounts, regulatory engagement, or launching new markets.
