What You Will Do
As the Financial Manager, you will:

- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Produce and analyze management accounts, providing actionable variance analyses to guide decision-making. Develop financial reports that inform strategy and enhance business performance.
- Cost Management: Review and optimize departmental costs, presenting cost-saving initiatives and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business unit leads and senior executives, offering financial guidance to drive operational excellence.
- Cashflow Management: Oversee billing cycles, payments, and debt collection, ensuring optimal working capital and reduced debtor days.
- Compliance & Governance: Manage reconciliations, ensure legislative compliance, and lead efforts to maintain robust internal controls.
- Audit Support: Act as a key liaison for internal and external auditors, ensuring smooth processes and timely data delivery.

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a dynamic individual who brings::
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Professional certifications (e.g., SAIPA, SAICA) are advantageous.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant accounting and management experience.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize financial workflows.
