About the role: You’ll take ownership of coordinating high-level support activities for core network equipment, ensuring the highest availability and performance. You’ll provide expert 2nd-line support and maintenance, working hands-on with protocols like SS7, TCP/IP, SIP, Diameter, and GTP. This role also offers a chance to work on exciting technologies like IMS, VoLTE, cloud technologies, and NFV infrastructure.


What you’ll do:

  • Manage configuration, software updates, and upgrades for Core Network systems.
  • Conduct PATs, FATs, and assist with the acceptance of new Core Network equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and implement support strategies for hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Core Network issues within defined SLAs.
  • Engage in corrective maintenance, fault management, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless network performance.

What you’ll need:

  • A degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Core Network support.
  • Expertise in managing and maintaining core network equipment.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, cloud technologies, and 3GPP/ETSI NFV standards.
  • A passion for delivering network performance at the highest standards.
