First Point Group has partnered with a Leading Technology Company in Riyadh, to support then in their search for a seasoned Channel Sales Director to drive sales growth and optimize channel performance within the Smart Services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Overall Business Leadership: Drive the sales department's overall business objectives, develop strategies, and lead the team to achieve business goals.
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, establishing and strengthening organizational customer relationships for long-term brand development.
- Commercial Planning and Negotiation: Formulate commercial plans, conduct client negotiations, and manage annual framework agreements. Integrate internal and external resources, manage resource investments, and develop sales strategies for the entire product lifecycle.
- Team Development: Enhance the professional capabilities and organizational operational capabilities of the sales team to support the achievement of business goals.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive KSA Experience: Over 10 years of KDR & IR management experience in the KSA, with a deep understanding of the business operations, organizational conditions, and high-level customer relationships, especially with core customers.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively with customers and manage key accounts successfully.
- Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams to achieve goals, with experience in managing agents preferred.
- Organizational Management: Strong organizational management skills to effectively manage resources and operations.
