A global billion dollar networking systems specialist headquartered in the United States with a large presence in Mexico. 

The Challenge

Our client needed to rapidly build a brand new support center in Mexico City. This required filling a significant number of critical positions within a tight time frame (one month), including Line 2 & 3 Optical Support Engineers, Network Management System Support Engineers, and Routing & Switching Certified Engineers (all Lines 2 & 3).

The Solution

  • Website Optimization: Open positions were strategically posted on our website, which receives approximately 20,000 monthly visitors, with built-in technology on our job application forms qualifying candidates who are based in Mexico, and have a valid right to work. Ensuring only relevant candidates apply. 
  • Referral Program: We actively tapped into their network of pre-vetted candidates, requesting referrals for suitable positions. 

The Results

Our multifaceted approach yielded impressive results:

  • Rapid Candidate Placement: Within the first two and a half weeks, we successfully placed 10 candidates, exceeding 20% of the client's total hiring needs.
