I joined First Point Group in 2026, and whilst I'm still new to the recruitment industry, previous work experience within the industry provides me with a strong start. As a Resourcer, I support the full candidate journey - from initial market mapping and talent sourcing to screening, qualifying, and matching professionals with roles that align with their career aspirations. 

My previous work experience has equipped me with the strong organisational and communication skills necessary to provide a smooth, seamless, and positive experience for every candidate I represent.
