I specialise in commercial recruitment across the data centre and critical infrastructure markets, working with OEMs, operators, hyperscalers and technology businesses across the GCC.

My focus is on the companies building, supplying and supporting data centre infrastructure, particularly across critical power, cooling and electrical systems. Over the past three years, I've built a strong network of candidates across this ecosystem, with a particular focus on sales, business development, pre-sales and senior commercial appointments.

I work closely with businesses to understand their growth plans, commercial priorities and the talent they need to compete in an increasingly important market. Whether it's finding someone with established customer relationships, opening up new markets or building a sales team, I understand the importance of getting the right people in place.

Alongside my data centre specialism, I support businesses across the UAE with their Emiratisation hiring, working across technical, engineering, commercial and corporate functions. I work with both employers and UAE National professionals to make sure the right opportunities and requirements are understood from the outset.
