After 15 years as a telecom engineer, specializing in RAN, Transmission, ASP mentoring, and network quality, I transitioned into recruitment in 2019. I worked directly with major vendors like Ericsson, Huawei and Nokia, supporting large-scale network deployments and infrastructure projects across the region. This experience gives me a technical perspective that allows me to understand client requirements at a deep level and match the right talent to the right role.
